SINOPSIS:

Illegal armed groups (IAG) in Colombia, which emerged after the demobilization of paramilitaries, continue to systematically recruit peasant children, who have suffered killings, forced displacement, and other violations of their integrity.

Ricardo is a farmer's son who lived with his family in a town in the department of Norte de Santander, caught in the midst of the armed conflict. He, along with his mother and father, tried to live a peaceful life on their land, but the situation was often very difficult for them due to poverty.

In an attempt to find a solution, Ricardo, at 13 years old, accepted an offer from a commander of one of the IAG, who lured him with promises of a better life.
